DAY 83

Day 1 of my 3-day-diet
gotta get this weight moving im going to complete this 3 day and then transfer into the Phase 1 of SB.......

Hopefully this will get me moving again I know its a painstaking journey but i feel like i try so extra hard and get even less in return.......
here i go again feeling sorry for myself..... instead I should be thinking 'no only you can and WILL do this for YOU!!!!' so thats my motto for the day!
