DAY 89
well not alot to report the three day diet thing seemed to give me a boost energy wise but not movement on the scale!! c'est la vie anyway back to south beach (again!) maybe its harder each time? i dont know! but i do know that i was starting to gain so obviously not doing something right!
so here i go again see if i can get(chart) moving again, now
all the exercise for the challenge should help i just gotta remember the 3 important thing about weight loss!
1: Consume less than use!(calorie wise)
2: Water (at least 8 glasses)
3: Exercise (min 20 mins cardio x 3 a week)
These are the basics of losing weight so anyone can do it even me!
