Today didn't turn out the way I planned. Yesterday I imagined I would have a few goodies for breakfast. I had actually planned my menu prior - made breakfast for my husband and before I could finish my food - I puk everything up. It made me feel horrible - something about looking at my egg in the plate - it looked like it was floating in grease. I am not the best cook and my husband normally would make breakfast.

We ran around together and I started to really get hungry - I guess because my food didn't stay down ten minutes. Anyway I was too busy to think about eating.

I had to change my dinner menu. I didn't make the chicken breast and my greens didn't taste too good. Atleast I had my lugi icy this evening and I did drink water and tea - water I need more of. I can't stand the taste of water so I'm trying to drink more ice tea and less diet coke.
