I am starving.... & I don't have anything to eat I get off @ 4:00 & I don't want to eat something I don't need because of being hungry. I normally just eat to eat but today I want to eat because I am so hungry. 1.20hr off and .20min to get home and .20min to eat...........

try to add about 200 calories. snack at 4--string cheese, tblsp peanut butter on celery or on apple slices, 100 calorie snacks, nuts. Cut carbs, increase protein and fat--feel fuller, less craving. eat more often. You are doing great just tweak it a little.
