Had a tough day yesterday - son lost wallet, daughter's new computer froze at college, missing contractor turns up.... in jail. Today its raining - going to curl up with my book.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 167.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
