So I was doing so good with working out. I even started doing 2classes. But on Tuesday I did a circuit training class. I think I pulled a muscle in my back cause my back hurts so bad. When I walk or sit it feels like my back it breaking so I haven't exercised in 3days. I was going do zumba today but my back is still killing me. I'm so upset cause I was doing so good with eating right and working out. Now I had take few steps back.
