Met with Nutritionist on the 6 or 7 Sept: She moved me into 1800 cals daily; got me off low-carb: 20G fat; 160 G carb and about 100G protein.

I'm working out hard so I have been doing more protein and less carb.
She told me to shoot my scale, and start checking my hips, waist, neck to check body fat %.

So, I have been about once a week -day she asked me I was 41 inch waist; 40.75 hips. this morning, I was 39" waist, 38.75 hips. So my BF has been dropping pretty nicely. (Should be - I'm on a regime lifting an hour a day and an hour on the elliptical five days a week - have to rest over the weekend. Actually there are four measurements I take "
narrowist waist; waist at navel, widest hip, snf height - which doesn't change. Also, some models ask for neck and forearm; so I will probably log them as well.

So, since I went to see her - I have stayed on 1800 K daily, and burned about 2700-3K daily (counting the ridiculous calorie estimates on my elliptical bike at Golds); but I have gpone from 193 poounds to 197 pounds body weight. BUT my BF has dropped a percent or two in two weeks. So - I'll keep it up...and post my stats here when I gather them occaisionally.
