Working out makes me a happier person.
Down .2 this morning. It's a beginning.
17 minutes of Turbo Jam and I did successfully drink my supper last night, and did not snack and watched the movie, The Island. Amazingly good movie - I had not expected it to be that.
Working 1/2 day today - going to check out the trail to see how much we'll need to do to get it in shape for the Haunted Trail. Then I really need to start weeding through stuff and giving to Goodwill. We'll be downsizing to a house with less storage (until we can add on). And I think it's probably time to take the spring wreath off the door. (I dislike having to climb into the attic to make the switch = which translates to laziness.)
Tomorrow is the reunion - will be a little challenging, but maybe I can show up after lunch (or just have a protein shake there). Will be different with just my in-laws. My husband is in PA on a conference in the building next to a building under a bomb threat right now (10:45am). I've asked him to suppress his inner reporter...but that's like asking a zebra to remove his stripes. He's promised me he will stay inside the building till the all-clear has been given.
