Just had a big blow out for no apparent reason. I had just came in from playing on the trampoline with the kids and started to cook their tea amd felt a bit peckish had a cereal bar and then it started. But have decided to record it here, previously i would have hidden it and that would have been the diet out of the window for a week but not this time. So i ate 2 x cereal bars, one crisp sandwich(consisting of a packet of crisps and two slices of bread), two oatcakes with pesto, a slice of bread with mayo, 3 breadsticks, some of the leftover rice and fish i cooked for the kids, 4 small chocolate fingers and 2 and a half gingernuts(my daughter caught me at this point so i was forced to share!!) I hadnt had my own dinner yet so i wont and had done two lots of exercise, so hopefully that will even up some of the calories. Now i feel thirsty and yuckky and annoyed at myself. That said it is nowhere near what i have eaten in the past on a blow out so perhaps i am gaining some sense of control.
I am not going to let this spoil the weight loss i have had to date. I am still aiming for the rather ambitious target of loosing 6lbs or more in the next couple of weeks. That will teach me to set too ambitious a target. Perhaps this blow out is related to my sense of plataux/slowing down with my weight loss.
So confession over. Blow out over. And on I go.........
