Hi as the title says busymumofthreeplusdog. I have Heather(9), Fergus(almost6) and Murdo(almost3) and the dog is a spotty dalmatian called Henry(5).
Been married to John for almost 13 years and happily so. He is one of lifes good guys!
I ve been dieting most of my life and I am sick of it! I have had lots of success.Leading up to the wedding i lost around 3 stone but by the time i came back from honeymoon i had put on a whole stone and by the following year i was heavier than before i had started the wedding diet. After having fergus i lost 4 and half stone but then put it back on when pregnant with Murdo, i expected just to loose it again but i didnt. Anyway I am sick of dieting so i decided that as i will turn 40 this year i WILL loose the weight once and for all! So i am on the GI diet and have signed up for the Moonwalk in June in Edinburgh and am in training for that. So far its working well and i have lost almost a stone and a half since Jan. Unfortunately i will not be target weight by my birthday in April unless anyone knows of a way to loose 5 stone in approx 9 weeks??? However with some determination i intend to be a lot closer to my target weight by the Moonwalk and at target by the end of the year!!!! So here it goes onwards and downwards..............

Its me slinking back(thanks for the kick !)
Im afraid to say my little holiday has done big damage and im back up to 199 which is baaaaaad!!
I've missed a few challenges and stuff so will try to catch up and get back on track, its been very hard but hey im here!Very Happy

Oh dwhummers i can identity with that. My kids are now on their long summer holiday and my routine has completely gone.

I am admitting to another 2 lb gain this week. I am struggling so much and have done for weeks. I am still to determined to do this. I have been here before, lost 2-3 stone then lost the motivation and before i know it its back on.Evil or Very Mad

Have got a lot on over the next two weeks so i dont expect to be logging on much or to be loosing anything but i will try damage limitation.Smile

I do intend to keep the walking going tho it is getting tougher now that i feel i dont have a goal to work towards. Im not really one for sit-ups or press ups or stuff like that but... i will try, for you guys!

SO to those of you who are doing well Fantastic work and well done. to the rest of us a big kick up the rear end and lets get going...........

Have ate better today and yesterday.
Got out for very brisk walk lasting 86 mins.Very Happy

Forgot to do the tape measure thing - hold on and i will do it now! YIPES 43! WAsnt expecting it to be that high! Still onwards and downwards!

Crying or Very sadSorry guys i feel like im letting the side down cos im really not doing what i should be just now. I am not going to weigh in this week. Im back on the plan today and hoping i can get back on track this week. Im concerned that the kids are now off school on their holidays so my routine will go to pot and this is the point where i have lost it in the past and gradually put back on everyhting that ive lost. Am determined that will not happen this time!!!!!!

Have still been walking tho not as much as usual. Went out yesterday, just me and the dog and got soaked! Have a walk planned for tomorrow night. I think i need to set myself a little challenge for the end of the holidays. I am liking the idea of including the waist measurements so im off to do that now.
