I lost 1 lb. The first pound. I won't be weighing myself every few days from now on. But, I wanted to register this.

I've ate olives, ham, and 1/2 a chicken. I would have done better if I didn't eat the thigh.

Nothing wrong with eating a chicken thigh. Atkins is a high fat diet. Your fat percentage should be higher than protein. Sounds like you are doing good.
