Hello everyone! I feel absolutely great right now!!! Zumba helped to relieve the stress that's been piling on since I'm here at college. It feels amazing to get back into shape. I am on the road to a healthier lifestyle. My eating habits are my main issue. I need to remind myself how important my eating habits and exercise are. I would love to hear about y'alls journeys too. I cannot wait to begin these weight-loss challenges this weekend. Good luck!
