On motorcycle tour for the past 3 weeks. Diet suffered due to having to eat all meals out while traveling. Did "mostly" stay on LC program though by subbing LC foods for potatoes and bread.

Gained a few pounds, but that should come right off as soon as I get back into Atkins.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
