Poor you! Hope it feels better soon. Speaking as one who is prescribed codeine, make sure you have a laxative in the house to counteract the unwanted side-effect of co-codamol!

Doh! Nothing worse than not knowing why. I had diclofenac for my back and it didn't agree with me. Went to oxford to have my first injection in my back. Today feels a bit easier but still getting some pain., but like a hero i still did my exercise this morning :)

I've had diclofenac before when I fractured a vertebrae it just makes me nauseous and I can cope with that. The co-codamol is a bigger pain because it knocks me out. Well done on keeping up your exercise better than I have done. Just don't push yourself to hard.

Me and strenuous exercise have never been friends lol. My exercise is mainly stretching yoga tai chi type and i never build up a sweat. Its more about mobility than muscle building. I always found exercise boring and i was never built to jog. I always said if god wanted me to run he would have given me 4 legs and not 2 :)
