So, back from a week of holidays. Just spent it relaxing with the family 'up north'. We did some fishing, swimming, playing with the little guy and plain old relaxing! Try to make the better choices when it came to eating but this is the holidays! Need to enjoy some things like delicious ice cream and an awesome steak dinner with loads of red wine! I did try to go for a walk/jog everyday. Back on track this week.
195.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
