Here's another zig zag calcualtor if anyone is interested. I like this one better because it figures in age, height and activity level, which makes a big difference!

Coolio-thanks. Now I just have to work up the courage to do it. Having fears about adding more caloric intake. Not that it's working, so not much to risk.....

Thanks Lotus! I think I might combine this with the combined versiom of the other one I've already set up, because I prefer the shape of the other one, but like being able the ability to customise the average daily calorie allowance more precisely that this one offers. :)
