Started P90X today! I am slightly worried about the calories they say I should consume. I am following their diet plan, but i says I should be level 2 at 2400 calories a day. That is WAY more than my RDI from this site which is 1500. Has anyone had experince with this? I guess I will give it a shot and maybe stick to around 2000 or 1800. Wish me luck :)

Yea, I and my brothers did P90X. I was level one being like 1800 calories but bases on a lot of research I should be more around 1450. So, like the program says follow it for now and make adjustments as you go. Either cutting back or adding more. About how much to you eat a day calorie wise, and what is your activity level? Have you ever done P90X before? I'll help ya as much as I can! :)

Usually (before P90X)I was trying to stay around 1500 and I was only doing about a 30 minute walk a day sometimes jogging. That was giving me a weight loss of aout 1/2-1 pound a week. No, I haven't done P90X before, and to be honest, i know I am not really going to be able to do everything perfect (I will have to modify), so that is why I think 2400 calories is high. I think sticking to aeound 1800 would be more reasonable. So, how well did you do on P90? Did you get good results? Thanks.
