Today feels much better. Yesterday I was very in control of my eating. I was a bit hungry, but I knew the next meal was coming and I was fine. I had an INSANE day with getting one of my babies an X-ray (with the other two kids! FUN FUN!) and a doctors appointment to follow it up with all three kids. Plus work + keeping up with the house + back to school night.

Today I'm running like crazy again to get ready for a massive party I'm having here tomorrow night. There will be lots of temptations, but Friday is my WI, so I don't see myself slipping. I'm making healthy things, so that will help ;)

I even squeezed a small run in this morning- we only had 20 minutes before we had to head to school but I managed to run a fast 20 minutes, get the kids in the car, the dog put in the house and back here! Not too shabby!
