Happy Tuesday! :)

It's cloudy here in Germany and I am in the middle of a lazy afternoon.
My muscles are still aching since last Sunday climbing lesson.

I will travel to Italy tomorrow, I am still in the middle of packing. Don't really know what to take with me, since it might be hot, warm, cold or freezing cold. And it would be better to carry as less luggage as possible.

I am looking forward this 10 days of holidays, even if my family doctor changed my diet again. So, basically no rice, rice crackers and no sweet stuff at all. No fruit even. Only whole wheat crackers allowed in the bread department :-/
This is going to be tough, but at least it will help loosing weight... I might have fungus predominance over "good bacteria" in my guts, so this diet might help to see whether this is the real problem with my health. It seems I don't have celiac from my latest blood test.

So, being in Italy without enjoying the food :-/
Anyway, I am planning to take nice pictures, go hiking, maybe try
paragliding (if it's not too expensive, or scary...).
This is my first holiday all by myself. Years ago I went visiting a friend in the Netherlands and have been visiting places by myself, just seeing her for dinner, since she had to work.
This time I really don't know anybody and will be alone also in the hotel. I really don't mind. I think after the very first hours it will just become natural. When I used to travel for my job, I used to travel alone, so, there's not that much difference.

So, I am not sure whether there will be an internet connection at the hotel, I might not update my journal in the next few days.

Have a good time you all, FS buddies! :)

I was on the same eating plan for 2 months- "yeast free" in attempts to restore the healthy bacteria. I think it did work-but it was so restrictive and tough especially when family gatherings/restaurants are concerned. One word of advice-make sure you still eat plenty of fiber!

Thanks for your suggestion, Lindsay! :) Yep, I have seen "gluten free" diet has been tough, but this is even worse when eating not at home. Fruit is the only food I really enjoyed when on gf diet, and in yeast free diet there's not. Let's hope it will work to restore the healthy bacteria :)
