Okay. I just looked at the Body Stats application on my phone and I've lost a total of 9 inches this month. I've also lost 10.4 lbs so far this month. I'm finally noticing a difference in my waist. I have to tighten my workout pants more than I did before. Now, if only my waist would catch up to my thighs. My thighs swim in my pants, but my waist doesn't. Oh well, slowly but surely it will come off.
