Had some ups & downs this week. Doing good with exercising. I need to be more aware going out. Ask more questions and be more picky on my food selection. In general keep those carbs down.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good job with the regular working out. It is tricky when going out to ask but not feel super high maintenance about everything. I could benefit too from being more aware of the things I eat when not at home.
