I really had my heart set on being below 157 tomorrow. I doubt that'll happen now. So lame and frustrating and entirely my fault.

Matt, a friend of mine, just turned 40 and we're having a surprise party for him on Wednesday in place of game night. I need to make a plan for that, because the chick running it is a really good cook and I'm never able to control myself at her parties. Wednesday is also my sprint day, so it's not a big calorie burning day on its own. This will take some thinking.

Started including incline on my treadmill runs. Just between 1 and 2%, but always above 0% at least. 3.1 in 38:30 I stopped there and walked.
