So, I have results from my race! Time: 36:35 Pace: 11:49
Even with my walking! (And if I was running fast enough to have this pace time, it's no wonder I had to walk some!!)
It was such a cute race, and they had a number of kids from Team Triumph (kids with disabilities) start the race before us. If that doesn't inspire you to run harder, you clearly have no soul.
I'm hoping I made up for the last 2 days meals today. I had a deficit every day, but not a significant one. Tomorrow I'll run 5k and ride 9 miles, so I should be set to hit 156.9 or below by Tuesday. I'm not doing bad, and I'm still pretty proud of myself.
Check out my race time!!!!!
