Well, my weight was phenomenal, I'm super stoked. However, these low calorie high workout days are wearing me down. I tried to run this morning and I felt like I was in jello. I'm gonna drink some carbs and try again after Steve leaves. The plan was to ride my bike to and from work today, but that may not happen.
