Yesterday was bad diet-wise. I've been feeling compelled to eat way more than I have the rest of this time. I need to get it together, and stay focused food wise.
Yesterday was my second 5k, my first chipped 5k ever. It was not as awesome as I'd hoped, but I did beat my goal time. They haven't posted the results, yet, but I think I'll be happy with them. I need to train more for hills.
