Fasting on bpc...good Saturday morning...dropped 4 pounds yesterday..been cutting down on salt..thinking to much was causing weight to go up even though smaller pants fitting...depending on today’s longer fast...11am today..almost there..9am now..then extend it into Sunday...

Been playing sim city on iPad..so that keeps my mind occupied..time passes faster...gonna take off from bike again today..didn’t ride yesterday..legs have been bothering me..started taking cherry tart extract..that seems to help ...

Welp...my game is calling...fast on...
