Ok, so I went a little crazy with my eating today. But I binged on my mushroom soup, which is pretty low calorie and broth based, mostly protein.
I looked up a recipe for splenda meringue cookies. 1 cup splenda 4 egg whites 1/2 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp vanilla 2 tblsp cocoa powder
They weren't bad, and that made 15 cookies, so I could go to town eating them and not have to feel too bad.
I tried biking to work today but I felt like my tire might be flat, so I turned around 2.5 miles in. Lame, I know.
I have a race Saturday! Woo!
