1. Treadmill - 8kph for 2km
2. Crunches - 150
3. Lat pull-down - 65lbs; 3 sets of 12
4. Calf raise - 100lbs; 3 sets of 15
5. Leg raise - 100lbs; 3 sets of 15
6. Dead lifts - 20 lbs; 3 sets of 12
7. Curl bar - 10 lbs; 3 sets of 12
8. Chess press - 65lbs; 3 sets of 12
