Well, vacation is 3 days away and I guess I have let that be an excuse to slide on my diet. I knew I couldn't hit my goal weight before then so the last few days I just can't stay motivated. Weight is steady so far but I know that will change after a week in Charleston. But the good news is my husband and I had a long talk last night and he has finally decided to join me on the diet. We are also going to join a gym and get in shape, not just lose weight. I am so excited. My husband is so cute. He is just one of those guys that you say "he would be really hot if he lost weight." ya know. I have never seen him thin and cannot wait. He is going to feel so much better and hopefully get off his Chol. and BP meds. That is my ultimate goal. Having a really sexy husband is just a bonus!!
