Still feel full after Tuesday's ribfest. Took yesterday as a fast day. Will see how today goes.
No exercise to speak of yesterday or Tuesday due to getting in late Tuesday hurting my wrist on something (Yes I am aware that I use an exercise bike for my exercise, but not being able to put any weight on the wrist really does make that more difficult). Will get back on track tonight!
Oh and I got myself a kitchen scale for the office on Monday, apparently I have been overestimating (no really over estimating) some of my salad vegetables at lunchtimes, by up to a quarter.

Don't worry too much about over estimating the salad vegan as most will be low cal. Its the stuff you might add like dressing pasta and potatoes. Keep up the exercise, if you cycle upright without leaning on the handle bars it will help with your core strength but be careful not to put to much pressure on your back :)

Oh yea it's only 20-30 calories difference, but I'm happier knowing that going forward I will be more accurate. Particularly 20-30 calories is a lot of salad.
