I'm so proud of myself for staying on track for an entire week! I really hope I can keep the momentum going - I already feel better about myself and my appearance! Keeping track of everything that I eat has been a lot easier than I anticipated. And, it definitely keeps me accountable. I just really hope my body doesn't stay so sore from all my workouts...it's got to adjust at some point, right!?
