Oh my how I have missed journaling this past week. Work is crazier than ever and I am averaging 15 hour days this last week. Even though I haven't had time to journal, I am still doing great... Stress is like an extra bonus to the weight loss journey. Tomorrow is weigh in day for me and hoping... praying for a 1.5lb loss this week.I have said that every week lately, but never seem to loose more than a pound. I haven't had ANY time to exercise, but I squeeze my buda belly and bum all day now. As I am running around the office being slavegirl to the bosses, I squeeze the bum super tight also. I am doing what I can right now until work settles down.I still need to loose 12lbs before the end of April to hit my 2nd goal and just will not loose sight of that. It seems the 25lbs I have lost have mostly come off my boobs (so sad) and my upper belly. I am going to go to Curves tomorrow and join as they are 2 min from work and I need to start taking lunch and going there. They have a 30 min circuit training thing so I can still be gone less than an hour.I need to do that not only for the physcal part, but for the mental. Well all, I will truly do my best to look everyone up today, but bosses are just killing me the last few weeks. I do see light at the end of the tunnel, it's just a slow process right now reaching it. I hope all are getting skinny and staying focused.... love u all FS buddies......

Sounds like you're maintaining your focus brilliantly, despite all the stress and long hours - well done!! I have no doubt you'll reach all your goals - good luck with tomorrow's weigh in! :)

Keep your focus on that second mini goal..eating healthy will hold you over until you can get the exercise in..then im sure the weight will drop off faster then you expected..
