So frustrated. I need to focus on WHAT I eat more. I get so bummed when I think I'm doing well then I enter in my food and find it's 11am and I've already consumed 70% of my calories for the day. Finished week 2 of the Couch to 5k Program, right on track to start week three for the fatsecret challenge but I'm nervous that it might kill me lol. Week two was just short spurts of running, the longest 90 seconds. I almost passed out yesterday at the gym; I need to figure out a speed on the treadmill that I can keep up the pace at yet isn't too slow to help. It'll be interesting to see how much I can really get through, those three minute intervals are scary.

just joined the challenge...pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I am a 46 yr old female, Paula, and I have never run before. I have been going to the gym, using the Arc Trainer, Eliptical, and Treadmill to vary my cardio workouts...but run...no. Ok, on to find the coolrunnings website...thanks for the push...see ya this week for checkins.
