Very frustrated. I started a new running plan, it's the coolrunnings.com 's "Couch to 5k in 9 Weeks" thing and I get so hungry after I run. I need to be better about what I'm eating, because the empty calories are killing me. I'm hungry all the time and I've been emotional eating lately a lot, so my weight keeps bouncing around. I can't seem to get off this plateau.
