Having basically no fill in my band for the past 2 months has been brutal for my weight loss. I have done two things - 1) try to "enjoy" the time that I have to actually eat again while 2) trying not to overdo it and limit the inevitable weight gain to not completely take me back to square one. I've managed ok, but obviously have put on some weight. In two weeks I will be able to get my fill again, so I'm hoping to be able to start my scale moving back down to where it should be. I'm not obsessing over it though, which is a good thing. I'm in a size 12 and have maintained that so I am not feeling super huge, but I definitely look forward to getting down into the 8 to 10 range in the near future...
157.6 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
