I have been getting my butt handed to me at work all last week and the start of this week, to the point that I took a hiatus from the internet and my diet in general.

Today is a new day.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
