Today I am going to try something new. I had an energy shake for breakfast (blueberries, strawberries, bananas, oatmeal, 1 % milk). It was delicious. I stopped by store this morning and got some great organic shakes with 16% protein to have for lunch and possibly dinner. I brought a plum and apple as in between snacks. I will drink lots of water and hot tea in between.
