Went off Atkins and gained all the weight back and more. Must start again today. So hard when the family eat carba around me all the time.

I'm right there with you! I think the trick is to find things that you enjoy and can snack on while they are partaking in their carbladen food lol Sometimes they even ask if they can have some of mine haha
