I have been here at FS for almost 2 weeks and have noticed remarkable changes, not just in my waistline- but my general attitude toward healthy living. I now look forward to working out.(Elliptical training, weights, and walking) It used to be that I looked forward to Karate(which I do every day except fri and sunday)but that wasn't enough to facilitate weight loss not even enough to maintain since I was eating an obscene amount of calories. I am enjoying all the healthy food choices I have been making, albeit the occasional fast food item or pudding cup will sneak its way into my diet. I have more energy, feel stronger and in general just feel good! I will post before and after pics when I get halfway- The people at this site are wonderful motivation and thanks k8 for your help as well- your postings and advice are always helpful- at least to me :)
