Despite a nice dinner at Mimi's Cafe (including a scotch and water and two glasses of wine), I dropped that extra half pound to hit 300 flat. Next step: Moving the big bar on my doctor's scale to the 250 mark as a starting point!
298.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
