Thanks. I have gained back 80 pounds and now I need to get back on track and lose it.

It is tough to start again after gaining back some weight. I also need someone to prod me back into losing again. Think of all those clothes that don't fit you any more. Remember how proud you were when you went down a size? I hve a closet full of them.
