I am very happy with my weight loss goals today. I have been working very hard at it the last couple of days. I am going to do an at-home workout today and hopefully, it goes well. I will be doing a new video-tae bo-which is billy blanks boot camp dvd...sounds intimidating....
173.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
