Note to self: 1. its not just the amount of calories i eat but the quality of said calories. If i eat 1200 calories of nothing but refined sugar i can almost be guaranteed to put on weight.
2. All carbs are not created equal- better to eat 10 g of carbs from a yam than 1 g of carbs from refined sugar or white flour
3. All white things are not bad never eliminate foods based on generalities - look at each food item individually and make healthy choices
