I am feeling so sore today after an intense work out. I am feeling muscles aches where I never expected. This week I joined coworkers with a weight loss challenge and $50 to participate. We have worked out 2 days and ate healthy.

So far so good....maybe I will reach my 150 pound weight goal. I am on the Adkins Induction phase.
