Week 21 - Wow the scale is moving down fast this week. Using this web site makes such a difference in keeping me motivated! 3 pounds away from 189... haven't been that weight since 2009! Looking froward to that mark... 29 pounds from my goal and it doesn't seem like I'm reaching for the stars anymore. LOVE LOW CARB!
