So, there was no gym all of last week. However, I made it a point to do as much walking around as possible & it paid off. What can I say except I am grateful. My tip? Try Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread for your grilled sandwiches. It is so filling, u wont be left wanting more. Have a happy week!
220.7 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1599 kcal Fat: 33.55g | Prot: 61.96g | Carb: 280.58g.   Breakfast: Golden Oreo, sugar, so nice, Kellogg's Corn Flakes. Lunch: grape tomatoes, lettuce, Kraft calorie wise greek feta & oregano dressing, romaine lettuce, white rice, chicken thigh. Dinner: i cant believe its not butter light, mixed vegetables, havarti, gouda cheese slice, ezekiel bread. Snacks/Other: sugar free jello, jello pudding cups, Activia fibre yoghurt red fruit & cereals, melba toast, strawberries, seedless grapes, banana, weight watchers cake. more...
losing 1.2 lb a week

thanks Mimi, I appreciate it. Stehanie, you will love it. Its 190cal for 2 slices, its spelt bread, i juss use low fat cheese and it makes such filling grilled cheese sandwiches.
