So, there was no gym all of last week. However, I made it a point to do as much walking around as possible & it paid off. What can I say except I am grateful. My tip? Try Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread for your grilled sandwiches. It is so filling, u wont be left wanting more. Have a happy week!

Stehanie, you will love it. Its 190cal for 2 slices, its spelt bread, i juss use low fat cheese and it makes such filling grilled cheese sandwiches.
