Fresh Dunkin Donuts attacked me mid-morning yesterday (TWO OF THEM) but I ran 2.5 miles and I got right back on plan. Today I feel good and ready to stay on track. I did gain a pound this morning. An interesting note-I got down to 164 in October of last year but I was doing diet only. I am exercising moderately now and weigh 182 but I am still wearing the same smaller-size pants. So I can't be too upset about my weight. This must be why some people don't weigh at all, but I have to, otherwise I won't notice carb creep!
