Sooooo I am back from a two week vacay.... scary. I did really well the first week even though I had to abandon my calorie tracker because I got pretty much no signal in Yellowstone... but the second week not so much. I am going to give myself a few days of bein good before I weigh in and terrify myself. I am guessing four lb gained but hoping for the best.

I remember you were talking about backsliding at a certain level. Your last recorded weight looks like you broke through that point (YAY!) Keep thinking about that while you're recovering from vacation...you can do this! Good luck! We're all pulling for you :-)
