249.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck, but don't kill yourself!! I just learned today it is all about the Veggies, Fruits , and Fiber and not so much about the Protein. And exercise, exercise, exercise :)
