I've been exercising a lot more and, frankly, I'm utterly amazed at how it's made absolutely no difference in my weight. I really thought it would help. When I gave up soda for a few months I thought that would help. It didn't. So far, the only thing that helped was when I was too broke to eat 3 meals a day and was struggling to eat enough. Too bad I'd literally have to be starving to lose weight. It amazes me that I could gain 10 pounds in 2 weeks, but it would take me about 10 weeks to lose 10 pounds (maybe more). Just doesn't make logical sense to me. And, yes, I'm feeling extremely discouraged today and I'm skipping today's weigh-in because I really don't need anything else to make me feel bad right now.
